These Terms of Service govern your use of calmivo.shop and purchases from MELEM LLC, trading as calmivo.
Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.
Eligibility and Website Conduct
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or any necessary authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Fraudulent orders, impersonation, malicious software, and interference with website security are prohibited.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to maintain accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability.
Display settings may affect color appearance, but goods must still conform to their descriptions and applicable legal standards.
If a material error affects your order, we will explain the issue and available options. We will not increase the agreed price or supply a materially different substitute without your consent.
Order Acceptance
An acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and refund payments collected for cancelled goods.
Prices, Tax, and Delivery Charges
The currency and total amount payable are shown before payment.
Applicable sales tax or VAT is included in displayed selling prices. calmivo covers import duties and customs charges associated with delivery.
Standard shipping is free for a merchandise subtotal over US$30 after discounts. Shipping for US$30 or less is displayed at checkout. Corresponding thresholds are shown where another currency is supported.
Payments
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Submitting an order authorizes processing of the displayed total.
Payment failures or verification issues may delay fulfillment. We will explain any action needed and refund cancelled paid orders as required.
Processing and Delivery
Normal processing takes 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery takes 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, additional to processing.
Delivery periods must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Where agreement to an extended period is legally required, it must be obtained before accepting the order.
If dispatch cannot occur within the promised period, we will provide notice, revised timing, and an option to cancel for a full refund. Consent to delays will be obtained where required.
Subject to mandatory law, transit risk remains with us until you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Returns and Consumer Remedies
Our voluntary return policy provides free returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or misdescribed goods may give rise to additional remedies. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections.
Intellectual Property and External Services
Protected website materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Personal browsing and shopping are permitted. Further use requires permission unless allowed by law.
External websites and payment services may apply separate terms. Those terms do not remove duties we owe you as the seller.
Liability
We remain responsible for our contractual and legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or business losses arising from a personal consumer purchase.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Applicable Law and Complaints
These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Nothing restricts access to courts or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes
Updated terms apply prospectively. Existing purchases remain governed by the terms agreed when ordered unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
