This policy applies to orders placed at calmivo.shop. MELEM LLC operates the store under the name calmivo.
30-Day Free Returns
You have 30 calendar days after receiving your goods to request a return, including if you change your mind.
We provide free return shipping through a prepaid label or another shipping arrangement at our expense. No restocking fee is charged.
For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, unworn, and complete with their accessories and tags. Please include original packaging where reasonably available. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
Requesting Return Instructions
Email estedfaird6216@outlook.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.
We will provide the return destination and free shipping instructions. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.
Contacting us enables us to arrange shipping and identify your purchase. Prior authorization is not required to give a valid statutory cancellation notice.
Please obtain the correct destination before sending merchandise. Our listed business address is not a confirmed return facility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, has missing components, or does not match your order or its description.
Explain the problem and provide photographs where available. Other reasonable evidence will also be considered.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, and cover necessary return shipping. Mandatory legal remedies may remain available beyond our voluntary 30-day return period.
Refund Amounts
For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods, applicable tax, and any original standard shipping charge.
For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned products and their applicable tax. We do not retrospectively charge shipping because the retained order value falls below the free-shipping threshold.
Refund Processing
We normally issue approved refunds within 2 business days after receiving and assessing returned goods, subject to any earlier legal deadline.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Once issued, they generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund has not appeared after that period, contact us for assistance. Payment-provider processing estimates do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.
Cancellations and Exchanges
To cancel before dispatch, email us promptly. If your order has already shipped, we will explain the return options.
For an exchange, contact us to discuss stock availability and arrangements.
UK Statutory Cancellation Rights
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
A statutory cancellation refund includes the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. Premium delivery surcharges need not be refunded unless required by law.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Our free return-shipping promise applies. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
